Avacodo-Mango Salad with Mango-Lime Dressing
A fresh take on salad with good fats, the health benefits of Mango, filling and great with a piece of grilled salmon
Avocado Mango Salad
- Chop Mango
- Chopped Avocado
- Sliced Red Onion
- Any type of lettuce you like
- Toasted walnuts (optional)
- 1 Mango chopped
- 1 Tsp sugar (or agave nectar)
- 1 Tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lime zest
Add all ingredients to a blender. Put a little sriracha in before serving if you like a little spice with the salad.
